Lawyer

Due to the opening of new directions in Latin America, Asia and Africa, we invite an international lawyer to work in the office of the company.

Charge:
- Development, analysis, structuring of contracts with foreign companies;
- Full legal support of contracts;
- Preparation of analytical reports on legal issues within the competence;
- Consideration and preparation of responses to claims received from contractors in the framework of the project;
- Claim work with foreign contractors;

Wishes to the candidate:
- Experience as a lawyer from 2 years;
- Contract work experience in English and Spanish;
- Knowledge of English and Spanish.

Conditions:
- Salary (fixed part) + bonuses;
- Official employment under the labor code;
- Schedule 5/2 (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. or from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.);
- Legal support of the employee if necessary;
